Founded in 1947, our original conception was a general engineering company that manufactured elevators, component parts for agricultural machinery, outdoor steel furniture, general engineering and small amounts of reel mowers.

As some time passed, the company began to produce more and more mowers via a growing market for the commercial contractor. This market was completely unique to Western Australia only. From 1947 until 1966 there was only one model available in two sizes. Between 1966 and 1978 there was another model introduced which would determine the future direction of MowMaster.

By 1989, MowMaster had four models, some available in six sizes. By 2008 there were nine models suited for various turf surfaces and now in 2016 MowMaster has 18 types of product, some in six sizes that cater for every aspect of turf maintenance equipment.

Our products are used Australia wide at some of the most prestigious venues in the country and a significant portion being exported globally.

The desire to build better products and the willingness to listen to the end user about performances is the key to the company’s success. R&D is foremost and combined with our industry knowledge and requirements, we will continue to build superior products.
